South African Abalone (Size #10)

South African dried abalone, graded at approximately 10 pieces per kilogram.

Carefully dried to preserve structure and depth, with a firm texture suited to long, slow cooking where richness and presence are central to the dish.

Commonly used in braised preparations and banquet-style dishes where the abalone is intended to be the focal ingredient.

This product will require re-hydration and preparation prior to cooking. A detailed preparation guide is available separately.

When purchasing a single piece, we will send an abalone that is at least the selected weight, up to the next tier.
